MyShops.ie is like a gorgeous shopping centre (a virtual shopping centre), where you can browse through a number of smaller boutiques and independent retailers selling unique, high-quality products.

You can buy from as many boutiques or retailers as you like, simply adding each product to your shopping basket as you go and and then proceeding to one easy checkout.

Each boutique/retailer will then dispatch the products directly to you, so you will receive several parcels if you have bought from several retailers.

Most sellers will dispatch a product within 24 hours of receiving your order, unless a product is made to order in which case that will be stated in the product description.

Each Retailer has their own Mini Store within MyShops

Each retailer (vendor) has their own Mini Store within MyShops.ie. You can access their Mini Store pages from the Shops List , Popular Shops links or by clinking on the vendor name when viewing a product description.

Each of the shops use the Mini Store to display images and information about their shops and any special information of interest and contact pages specific to themselves.

Who am I buying from?

You can select a retailer/vendor from the A-Z list under the categories on the left hand navigation menu. This will display the shops full category list. You can also search for goods using the general shopping categories which feature all products from all retailers/vendors for that category, so if you are looking for a handbag you can view all types of hand bags from all retailers/vendors in one easy to navigate list.

When you select a product to purchase the name of the vendor appears against that product, see below.

By clicking on this link you are taken to the retailer/vendors Mini Store within My Shops. Here they will list any other information you might want such as special terms & conditions, contact forms and about us information.

The MyShops.ie retailers (vendors) like to encourage you to contact them to clarify any questions you may have and to provide efficient customer service all of which can be done from their Mini Store.

You can also see an entire list of their products that the retailer (vendor) has listed on the My Shops website.

Delivery

Many retailers offer free delivery Ireland wide. Look out for "Shipping: FREE" as you shop on the site. Others use An Post's services or courier companies.

You can select the shipping option at checkout and the system will calculate the cost automatically. If an item needs special delivery, again the system will automatically calculate the cost and add it to your total.

Giftwrapping

Many sellers offer free gift wrapping. 
Look out for the "Gift Wrapping" symbol next to each product.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product that is faulty by post or courier, you must inform us using your MyShops account within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Once you have done so, the seller will respond to your request and provide you with the details of where the product is to be returned to. 
You can view each seller's returns policy on the 'Retailer Terms' link on their mini-site. Please note: shipping costs will not be refunded.
