My Shops vendors ship mainly to Irish customers but can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. These will be restricted at checkout.
When you place an order, My Shops can estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are measured in kilos and grams.
Within Ireland shipping is done mainly via An Post and Courier companies. Each vendor is able to create there own shipping options and they all aim to deliver the cheapest available options for your destination.
You have a statutory right to return a product purchased from the My Shops vendors (other than perishable or hygienic products) or cancel an order up to 7 days after your order has been delivered in what is known as a cooling off period.
My Shops vendors will change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If however the order has been dispatched, you can return the item to the relevant My Shops vendor and they will organise a non-cash refund excluding return delivery cost immediately.
If an item is faulty or damaged then contact the vendor immediately and they will send a replacement or start a refund procedure. Each vendor will have there own terms & conditions and most will offer above that which is required by statute. View their terms & conditions on their mini store pages.
